London-based Neha Viswanathan blogs, and reads hundreds of blogs a day. Her foray into the blogging world began with maintaining a diary and before long she had branched off into collaborative blogging. Collaborative blogging refers to a group of people blogging on a common topic, theme or subject.
Neha is actively involved in blogging for disaster relief. She has been involved in the Tsunami, Katrina and the South Asian earthquake blogging efforts. |
Originally a native of New Delhi, Neha studied history at Lady Shriram College, and has a masters in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. After a brief stint of work in India, Neha relocated to London last year with her husband Sri.
When she is not researching, Neha is actively involved in blogging for various sites like Global Voices, where she is the Regional Editor for South Asia. She also contributes to DesiPundit.

When she has spare time, Neha likes to write poetry. And, if she can drag herself away from her laptop, Neha makes a mean pot of sambar that takes her exactly 28 minutes to make. Being a multi-tasker, she can simultaneously chat on Skype and tend to cooking that spicy pot of sambar.
